Booking
Reservations are considered binding only if they are accompanied by a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay per room, to be paid by bank transfer or credit card withdrawal.As far as possible, we ask our customers to make the arrival and departure coincide with Saturday.Full board starts with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.Pension prices are charged for a minimum stay of 3 days: no deductions are made even if the client is absent from meals: a travel basket will be delivered on request.Rooms must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day set for departure.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Full Board/Half Board rates include:
► Overnight stay.
► International breakfast on the veranda, with assisted buffet. All cakes and sweet breakfast products are prepared directly by our chefs. If you prefer salty, you will find a rich variety of cold cuts, eggs and bacon. In addition, fresh fruit and yogurt will never be lacking.
► Lunch and/or Dinner served at the table by our waiters. The menu includes a choice between three first and three second courses (meat and fish every day) and a wide variety of fresh side dishes.
► Music evenings under the stars.
► When you return from the beach, on the Sunday before lunch, there is a welcome aperitif prepared by the expert hands of our baristas. A cin cin toast to the holidays!
► If you want to take a bike ride along our tree-lined avenue, you can use our bikes free of charge whenever you want.
► In the garden overlooking the sea, you will also find the swimming pool always supervised by our lifeguard, with large solarium on the lawn.
► Relaxing area with Jacuzzi.
► Private beach with an umbrella, two deck chairs and an armchair.
► Free WiFi connection.

All drinks are excluded from the quote: they are served in closed glass bottles, and if not finished during the meal, they will be sealed and stored for the next meal.The wines are selected from local wineries.All consumption not included in the rate (bar, extra sunbeds, garage) will be charged to the room: they can be monitored and checked day by day, picking up the list of the previous day at the reception, as well as on the final bill.
CANCELLATION POLICY
✔ FREE CANCELLATION – WITH DEPOSIT: It will be possible to cancel and/or change the reservation within 15 days of the date of arrival. In case of cancellation made more than 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained as a penalty.
✔ In case of POSTICIPATED ARRIVAL or EARLY DEPARTURE of the stay will be charged the full cost of the stay booked.
✔ COVID-19 EMERGENCY: in the event that new restrictions remain or arise that prevent the use of the stay, the deposit will be refunded in full.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
The balance of the stay, except for extra consumption, must be paid upon arrival by credit card, debit card or cash, or before arrival by bank transfer.
ANIMAL FRIENDS
Dogs and pets in general, are allowed only if small size and in possession of a vaccination certificate and after our confirmation of acceptance, at the price of Euro 12 per day.
ON A LEASH can be parked in the lobby, in our large garden with swimming pool, under the umbrella allocated, but it is forbidden to enter the restaurant room.TOURIST TAXFrom 01 May to 30 October 2022 the tourist tax is applied on the whole Municipality of Silvi The amount is € 2 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 nights.The following exemptions apply:* children up to 14 years of age;
* the subjects who assist inpatients in the health facilities of the city, on the basis of a companion for each patient;
* belonging to law enforcement in service and / or voluntary associations;
* drivers or group leaders (min.25 people);
* tourist groups organized by public bodies;
* sports teams and / or youth theatrical or musical amateur companies;
* students who stay for internships, traineeships, studies and research;
* people with severe disabilities and a carer;
* employed in service from the eighth day of stay, even if not consecutive;
If you fall into one of these categories, please request and fill in the waiver form at reception. Tax will be paid directly at the hotel upon check-out.
